How Long Does it take to install?

We understand time is of the essence, in which our installation times are as fast as can be. We can suggest on average a 20 minute slot per window, based on a 100cm x 100cm Window.

Do I Need to Prepare the area?

We kindly ask for the surrounding area of the installation to be kept clear or allow access. We are available to help whilst not liable for any damages that could occur.

Do I need to clean my windows?

No, as part of your price proposal we clean your windows before to ensure the smoothest installation.

How do I Clean the windows?

Simply clean as normal with your daily window cleaners. You do not necessarily need specialist sprays and would not recommend sourcing strong bleach based sprays.

Can I Steam Clean my Curtains?

We highly recommend to avoid any steam or heat based cleaners around your installed films as this will damage the adhesive properties. We recommend cleaning as normal once the curtains are taken down if possible.

Do you Supply & Fit?

Our Price Quotes include supply and fitting services.

If you would require just fitting services please highlight so to ensure you do not pay for unnecessary materials.

How Long is my Price Quote Valid for?

Our Quotes are valid for 30 days from when they are sent out, allowing you plenty of time to come to an informed decision!

Do Tints Peal off?

Simple answer is no, the films we use all feature an adhesive which bonds the film to the glass in a safe manner. Should the film be static, this would be labelled clearly.

We Kindly ask for Windows to be measured beforehand to ensure a swift proposal process. However, you are unable to do so, please mention to a member of our dedicated team!
